Berta Abellan is the Vice World Champion in TRIAL GP for the SCORPA brand
Berta Abellan was very close to winning her first world title this weekend in Italy during the last round of the championship.
The 6th round of the TRIAL GP world championship was held in Ponte Di Legno, Italy this past weekend. The battle for the women’s title went down to the wire, Berta, and her direct competitor Emma Bristow (Sherco) have fought hard all season. In this final event Berta rode well and finished in second place in the World Championship.
At the age of 23, she became Vice World Champion. She has a very bright future in trials competition.
In the boy’s competition, Jorge Casales had a good performance in the sections on Saturday. He finished in the top 10 in 8th place in the TRIAL GP championship.
Billy Green finished the season with a very good 4th place in the World Championship in TRIAL2.
